For example, if something dropped 1% of the time, improving it by 50% would mean it now drops 1.5% of the time. As a practical example, V2 L30-49 adventures were dropping uncommon resources at 6%, and were improved to 6.5% - a (roughly) 10% improvement.

—Levels 30-49: Improved uncommon resource drop rate by 10%.
