Valyrian Cycle WE item

The recipes for this Cycle's World Event item are now in the Godswood!

Like last Cycle, for the peerless evolution you will need:

ALL: Dragon Armour Tail Fragment (fourth adventure)
BATTLE: Dragon Barding Caparison Fragment (first adventure)
TRADE: Dragon Armour Body Fragment (second adventure)
INTRIGUE: Dragon Armour Leather Strap (third adventure)

The items are all hand items, and are specialized to one action--7% to either Fight, Swindle, or Sabotage. In addition, in case we don't get the Legendary version of the item in the WE, start crafting some Broadswords in the Blacksmith now--they're quite long crafts and you need 5 for every Legendary crafting attempt.

It is a good idea to craft these anyway, even if we get the top prize since we will need broad swords to build our battle camps in our on cycles.
Also, you can buy broad swords and short swords from time to time in the shop depending on luck of the draw, new items come into the shop every 1 to 3 hours
