Three things:
The glacial water quest has been reset so ppl above lv 25 can now gain glacial water
We are only opening barter Aid and Bribe camps so only trade and battle spoils are needed if you want to do the quest to help pre level camps
Due to the lack of a PTP quest we have hte tactic that adds 6% dmg to challenges open for contribution. We are going to reopen outriders tactic of trade next week to help us help our friends barter and bribe their camps as quickly as possible.
